• Up to 2 years of work experience as Product developer (from any industry)
• Must be able to read and write Chinese and English
• Open to candidate from Insurance sector from any job function for working in Product Development

As an Officer, Proposition and Product Development , your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist the development and implementation of new products, product revamp and sales campaigns
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project schedule and timely delivery of required tasks and deliverables
• Participate in discussions or focus groups that help to formulate product design, customer and distribution supports
• Conduct market intelligence, product comparison and analysis that help to identify business opportunities and issues
• Prepare and review product-related or campaign-related materials
• Review user requirement and coordinate fulfillment for sales campaigns
• Support bancassurance including but not limited to new product or campaign launch
• Support funds/investment choices changes, marketing materials review and dividend/dealing schedules updates
• Support the delivery of regulatory and product governance projects
• Handle product enquiries from field forces
• Assist ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
(Job duties may vary by product line)

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in marketing, finance, BBA, social sciences, or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of various types of life insurance products
• Experience in life insurance field is a plus
• Proactive, strong analytical mind with business acumen
• Good project management, problem solving and communication skills
• Good team player
• Efficient MS application and Chinese input
• Fluent in written and spoken English
