1. Label machine learning data
2. Classify the transcript per the guidelines for respective policy
3. Evaluate the intent and sentiment of the transcript
4. Maintain and update the project unique keyword library
5. Identify and resolve the root cause of low quality and provide feedback on product improvements

Desired qualification:
1. Fluent in Cantonese and English, both written and verbal
2. Fast typer for Traditional Chinese and English
3. Programming experience in Python, R, or similar analytically-oriented programming languages is a plus
4. Experience in cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, is a plus
