Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Brand Leadership: Devise and execute comprehensive regional and global online marketing and digital communication strategies that significantly elevate brand equity, user acquisition, and community engagement.

  • Social Media Strategy: Formulate and drive advanced social media strategies across all major platforms; transform complex business goals into compelling digital-first creative concepts that expand online reach and drive viral business growth.

  • End-to-End Multimedia Production: Oversee digital and multimedia projects seamlessly from ideation to final execution, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure all online content meets strict quality standards, digital timelines, and performance goals.

  • Digital ROI & Performance Optimization: Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation across paid social, organic campaigns, and digital channels to maximize ROI and lower user acquisition costs.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Continuous tracking and analytics of social media performance metrics, conversion rates, and online engagement data to rapidly iterate and optimize digital marketing efforts.

Key Requirements
  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Advertising, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a closely related discipline.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive managerial experience, ideally within a media agency, FMCG, or E-commerce ecosystem.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of mainstream graphic design and video editing software, paired with a solid track record of managing high-performing multimedia production teams.
