• At least 3 years in Networking Support
  • Holder of CCNP/HCIP is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues.
  • Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation.
  • Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures.
  • Respond to network-related emergencies.
  • Willingness to work in shift duty to support 24/7 operations

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
