Job Duties:

• Monitor network infrastructure, respond to incidents, and manage escalation per SOPs.
• Perform health checks, preventive maintenance, and document findings with recommendations.
• Develop and update SOPs for network operations and deployments, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
• Manage vulnerabilities through monitoring, prioritization, and coordination of remediation activities.
• Execute network deployments, handle change tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of network implementation and support experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in routing, switching, Wi-Fi, DDI, and network security.
• Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE/HCIE) and familiarity with network management systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently, provide 24x7 on-call support.
• Knowledge of automation scripting, risk management, and audit processes is an advantage.
