Responsibilities:
- Perform system installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, patching
- Responsible for monitoring information systems including Microsoft AD, Exchange email, VPN, Backup and SAN Infrastructure, etc;
- Manage system storage and backup, and restore the operations
Requirements:
- Experience in network infrastructure technical support
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server & Linux Server administration
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
