• Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related field
• Design, configure and maintain network infrastructure
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification preferred

Job Description:

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure systems and solutions
• Establish, execute, and optimize operational processes to ensure service quality and compliance
• Lead incident management and problem resolution for network services
• Provide technical guidance and support for network projects and daily operations
• Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture and procedures

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of practical network engineering experience
• Professional network certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE) are highly preferred
• Solid understanding of network protocols, technologies and infrastructure solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Candidates with CCNP/CCIE certification and team leadership experience will be considered for senior positions
