Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Rollout & Migration: Deploy firewalls and switches, leading data center migration with zero-to-minimal downtime.
• Network & Security Management: Manage L2/L3 routing, VLAN configurations, security policies, and standard firmware patches.
• System Validation & Testing: Run integration and acceptance tests to verify network readiness, delivering performance audits and fixes.
• Documentation & Progress Tracking: Keep precise configuration histories, change logs, status reports, and final project sign-offs.
• Rollout Support & Operations: Assist on-site during cutovers and stabilization; cover weekend maintenance and 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.
• Stakeholder & Governance Alignment: Partner across internal teams and vendors to maintain IT governance, compliance, and change controls.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Track Record: 5+ years of hands-on network deployment and support (financial services background favored).
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SDN, DDI, Wi-Fi, and NMS. Network automation/scripting skills preferred.
• Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, HCIE, or specialized security credentials preferred.
• Soft Skills & Governance: Sharp analytical and communication abilities with exposure to risk management and auditing standards.
• Languages: Fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
