Job Duties:
Monitor the healthiness and operation status of the internal System and network;
Monitor and keep track of system faults;
Provide first line helpdesk service to system users and perform associated helpdesk activities.
Requirement:
At least 3 years experience in the control and operation of computer systems, helpdesk/computer network operation, LAN administration or PC/LAN support services
