We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our client, a prestigious global organization in the education sector, to oversee and manage marketing projects, with a particular focus on virtual events.

Marketing expert with a relevant degree, 5-7 years of experience in national-level marketing, strong skills in strategy development, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of digital marketing and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Marketing Manager, English in developing and executing marketing plans for English, aligning with regional and global strategies.

Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for English, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Develop and implement impactful campaigns for English to maximize brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with brand architecture and management standards.

Monitor and report on marketing KPIs for English.

Provide professional expertise to enhance English marketing strategies and approaches.

Present findings and information clearly to stakeholders.

Support understanding of cluster context and challenges for English marketing teams.

Seek internal feedback to monitor satisfaction and make improvements.

Implement efficient marketing approaches and techniques, focusing on audiences and segmentation.

 Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent level of experience.

Minimum 5 years of marketing planning and execution experience.

Experience in a marketing position at a national level within a medium to large organization.

Demonstrable experience of developing marketing strategies and plans.

Demonstrable experience in managing supplier relationships.

Experience in a digital marketing or media agency is a plus.

Familiarity with MS Office tools (ppt, excel, word).

Knowledge of digital marketing foundation and Google Analytics.

Membership in relevant external professional organization e.g., CIM, Melcrum, GCN, CIPR, WOMMA etc. (or equivalent experience in relevant discipline) is a plus.

Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
