Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and vendor management
- Provide on-site event coordination and act as the main point of contact during events
- Handle administrative tasks such as event documentation, budgeting, tendering, and post-event reporting
- Support marketing and promotion activities, including social media content creation, campaign planning, and attendee engagement
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and guests to ensure smooth execution of events and promotional initiatives
- Perform other ad-hoc marketing and event-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- University graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in event management, marketing, or promotion
- Experience in creating marketing content for social media and promotional materials
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
