Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end B2C campaigns from creative development and agency management to result tracking.
- Implement B2B communication initiatives to drive merchant satisfaction and demonstrate brand value.
- Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives that drive customer usage and spend.
- Drive process implementation to enhance marketing efficiency and support budget management.
- Ensure all programs align with global corporate branding and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, specifically in digital campaign execution.
- Strong expertise in online marketing tools, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience in high-volume E-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTV Mall) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
