Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end B2C campaigns from creative development and agency management to result tracking.

  • Implement B2B communication initiatives to drive merchant satisfaction and demonstrate brand value.

  • Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives that drive customer usage and spend.

  • Drive process implementation to enhance marketing efficiency and support budget management.

  • Ensure all programs align with global corporate branding and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, specifically in digital campaign execution.

  • Strong expertise in online marketing tools, social media, and email marketing.

  • Experience in high-volume E-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTV Mall) is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
