Requirement:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in property industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently, with strong organizational and attention to detail abilities.
