Position Overview

Our client is seeking a commercially driven and customer-focused professional to lead sales development and client servicing initiatives within the aviation catering sector. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring seamless service delivery in alignment with operational and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and experienced in managing key accounts within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing airline and corporate clients
• Lead and oversee daily sales and client service activities to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor order volumes, pricing structures, and overall account performance
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure accurate execution of customer requirements
• Oversee menu specifications and service details to ensure alignment with contractual agreements
• Provide recommendations to enhance service quality, product offerings, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review
• Support senior management with strategic initiatives and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Catering Management, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within airline catering, hospitality, or aviation-related industries
• Strong business acumen with proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-centric mindset
