Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end network maintenance, coordinating installation, fault diagnosis & resolution, routine inspections, and rapid emergency repairs.
  • Manage and optimize costs for installation and ongoing maintenance activities while performing regular audits and corrective actions on network assets.
  • Proactively identify emerging network risks or degradations, then develop and execute targeted repair, remediation, and performance optimization plans.
  • Drive core maintenance priorities: preventive inspections, fault rectification, and system reliability enhancements.
  • Partner closely with construction, engineering, and operations teams to deliver network upgrades, capacity expansions, and system rectifications.

What We’re Looking For To excel in this leadership role, you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, including at least 5–7 years in comprehensive network maintenance management or managed services (ideally involving mobile broadband systems, 4G/5G technologies).
  • Prior exposure to mobile network operator (MNO) environments or large-scale telecom operations is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunication network architecture, operations, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop maintenance teams.
