- Coordinate sea, air, and land shipment operations.
- Manage order fulfilment, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Monitor 3PL performance and optimize logistics costs.
Job Duties- Manage end-to-end logistics activities covering sea, air, and land transportation across regional and international markets.
- Coordinate order fulfilment processes, including order entry, procurement support, invoicing, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, oversee customs clearance activities, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Monitor logistics performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support operational improvement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide after-sales logistics support when required.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfilment, or operations management.
- Proven experience handling sea freight, air freight, and land transportation arrangements.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, international trade documentation, and freight management.
- Hands-on experience coordinating with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transport operators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
