• Providing legal advice and assistance to clients.
• Managing cases that align with your level of complexity and experience.
• Representing clients in arbitration and litigation across various civil and commercial matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, debt recovery, contentious insolvency, and restructuring issues.
• Advising clients on urgent matters to protect their interests, including obtaining and defending against injunctive applications such as freezing injunctions, disclosure orders, and security orders.
• Delivering exceptional client care consistently while maintaining a highly professional approach.
• Advising clients with integrity and promptly reporting any concerns to the partner.
• Engaging in marketing, networking, and other business development activities.

• Qualified to practice law in Hong Kong with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
