Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.

Duties:

• Advise on commercial and operational legal matters;
• identify and mitigate legal risks. Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Coordinate with regulators, external counsel and industry bodies.
• Support Group General Counsel and internal teams in oversea.
• Monitor legal/regulatory changes and assess business impact.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer (Hong Kong or Commonwealth jurisdiction) with PQE of 3–5 years.
• Familiarity with HKSAR listing rules, industrial knowledge of Logistics / Warehouse business preferred;
• Commercially minded, strong contract experience, excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills; willing to travel occasionally.
