Key Accountabilities:
• Provide support to manager/assistant manager on the full cycle of the campus recruitment process
• Organise and participate in university career fairs/talks and related recruitment campaigns
• Provide the logistic and administrative support in the execution of the Management Trainee Assessment
• Responsible for the update of the Applicant Tracking System and maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database/tracker
• Handle general enquiries from candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in the production of poster design, graduate marketing/advertisements in social media platforms and giveaways, etc
• Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources Management / Communications / Marketing /Business or other relevant disciplines
• Ideally with 1-2 years HR experience, campus recruitment/bulk hiring related experience is an advantage
• Customer oriented, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks with good planning and organising skills
• Agile, eager to learn and interact with candidates with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team spirit and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and English and Chinese typing
• Permanent resident of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa
