The Bank’s Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions. As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, The Bank offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure digital content across various platforms, such as email, SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp;
  • Utilize workflow management systems to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time and meets specific requirements;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, decisioning) to align project objectives, expectations, and deliverables;
  • Conduct testing and reviews prior system launching to ensure compatibility and performance;
  • Create reports on project status, including challenges and success, to communicate with stakeholders;
  • Leverage insights gained form data to suggest enhancements or innovations in content strategies and project workflows.

 

Requirements:
• University degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' retail banking experience in information and data management
• Strong self-motivation, organization, multi-tasking, problem solving and influencing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with business, operation and technology teams
• Solid understanding of digital messaging technology (such as SFMC, AEM, etc.)
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in the end-to-end content development lifecycle as well as post implementation support and measurement
• Knowledge and/or experience in SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, Pega is preferred
• Detail-oriented and zero tolerance on quality/accuracy issue
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst or Assistant Manager title
