Job Description:

• Support end-to-end product development and implementation covering all distribution channels (Branch / Private Bank / Broker / digital); participate in cross-department collaboration to ensure products will be launched in a compliant and timely manner
• Prepare various product materials including but not limited to product specifications, approval documents, policy provisions, benefit illustrations to facilitate the product development and implementation process while meeting internal product governance requirements
• Conduct UAT for both front end and back end system to ensure accuracy
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and reports on a regular basis

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, particularly in life insurance product development
• Good level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong business acumen and marketing sense
• Ability to navigate complexities and co-work with different levels of stakeholders
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• A team player with great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure
• projects are delivered in a successful and timely manner
