The Bank’s Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions. As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, The Bank offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.

Principal responsibilities

• Provide daily trade support, including prepare cash flow report, monitoring cash forecast and settlement, prepare customized reports to fund managers. 
• Provide general administration support related to corporate actions and proxy voting event.
• Ensure daily routines are running effectively and escalate for potential issues.
• Manage the relationship with fund managers, internal counterparties and custodian to maintain high quality trade support services to Front Office.
• Take up other ad-hoc tasks and assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above, preferably degree holder in finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 1-year banking experience, with related exposure to internal control, risk control or compliance covering asset management products or operations is highly preferred
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective trade support life cycle
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and proficient in advanced MS Excel will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is an advantage
