Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Procurement Operation Manager to provide administrative support in the overall Source-to-Payment processes in compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures.
• Act as primary representative to liaise internal parties for procurement operational, risks and controls related matters.
• Prepare the required KPI or performance on procurement operation and manage accurate procurement operations related records, documentations and reporting as required.
• Oversight and support the procurement control and governance activities. 
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or, in related discipline
• Experience in Procurement Operations with supervisory role to lead the team and projects
• Experience in Finance Control, Finance Reporting Risk, Accounts Payable or other controls and risks in non-financial aspects is preferable
• Experience in banking industry is preferable
• Diplomatic and effective communication skills, with strong collaboration abilities and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Oracle Fusion, Coupa, advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint are advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
