The Digital Manager will define and execute Digital Strategy under the Hang Seng Indexes 5-years strategic plan. This individual will focus on:
1. Create and steer digital projects as product owner and project owner.
2. Define and attain agreement for the digital marketing and sales strategy.
3. Influence and create new and enhanced customer experiences across the digital platforms and user experiences.
4. Establish and support principles and frameworks to apply digital best practice to regulated products.
5. Support the coordination of the digital activity pipeline to ensure it reflects strategic focus.
6. Identify opportunities for product interlinks / cross sells.
7. Establish strategic KPI's using ongoing customer insight and commercial goals, maintain ongoing performance tracking against these KPIs.
8. Ensure that the brand is consistently applied across the strategic focus areas.
9. Through the use of performance metrics and insight from other competitors and industries, leads the identification, design and briefing of new journey requirements into associated delivery teams.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services, eCommerce, marketing or consultancy discipline.
  • Recognition and qualification in eCommerce and project management will be an asset.
  • Project experience for digital marketing and eCommerce to demonstrate change management skills will be highly considered.
  • Experience in content management, campaign and leads management, digital media & sales will be highly considered.
  • Knowledge and experience in MarTech (marketing technology), CRM (customer relationship management) system, CMS (content management system) will be a bonus.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill to articulate storyline, synthase ideas and synergize investment into a leadership playbook.
  • Ability to analyze and organize data from analytics tools to derive into customer insights and sales opportunities. Experience of using web analytic tools such as AA, GA, Webtrends or similar disciplines will be an asset.
  • Strong sense of ownership to ensure efficient digital platform accountability.
  • A self-starter and dedicated collaborator with strong commercial mind-set.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
