The Lead Digital Analyst is accountable for leading analysis for changes and new features/services that deliver enhancements to Digital Channels. Lead Digital Analysts are involved from initial scoping and discovery analysis, followed by management and documentation of requirements right through to post implementation continuous improvement.

The role requires leadership of detailed analysis to drive out the real business needs; elicit quality requirements based on optimal solutions; design best in class customer journeys; and translate complex concepts into engaging digital propositions that align to Global Digital strategies. Lead Analysts collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work in agile cross-functional agile teams in Valuestreams to deliver customer-centric journeys, supporting entities globally. 

Solid working experience as a Business/Digital Analyst - 5-9 years
2. Domain experience in International Payments/Customer Onboarding/Servicing will be useful
3. Well versed with Agile software development and Scrum/SAFe methodology
4. Awareness of latest digital banking trends
5. Sound communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Should be comfortable with collaborations tools like JIRA/Confluence, MS Teams
7. Should have experience with variety of analysis tools and activities - User story mapping and writing, customer journey flows on Visio, requirement elicitation techniques, prioritization techniques, market/competitor analysis, gap analysis, low fi mockups, ability to lead workshops and discovery sessions , good understanding of data and tagging techniques
8. Work in collaboration with other key stakeholders - design, DPM, IT, Business teams, Data teams and QA.
9. Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy
10. Prior experience of implementing Design Thinking principles will be useful.
