Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting (attorneys/paralegals/support roles) and interview logistics.
  • Support onboarding and maintain onboarding checklists and HR records.
  • Provide first-line HR support and assist with performance management and policy guidance.
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS/ATS; support updates related to status, leaves, and benefits coordination.
  • Track HR workflows and support required trainings and HR compliance documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all personnel matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Law firm HR experience
  • 5+ years HR experience (generalist/recruiting ops acceptable)
  • Strong organization, documentation, and discretion
  • Working knowledge of employment-law fundamentals and HR best practices
