Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting (attorneys/paralegals/support roles) and interview logistics.
- Support onboarding and maintain onboarding checklists and HR records.
- Provide first-line HR support and assist with performance management and policy guidance.
- Maintain employee data in HRIS/ATS; support updates related to status, leaves, and benefits coordination.
- Track HR workflows and support required trainings and HR compliance documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all personnel matters.
Required Qualifications
- Law firm HR experience
- 5+ years HR experience (generalist/recruiting ops acceptable)
- Strong organization, documentation, and discretion
- Working knowledge of employment-law fundamentals and HR best practices
