On behalf of our client, we are seeking a result-driven and strategic Key Account Executive to lead the promotion and sales of our microbial‑based risk prediction test kits and clinically formulated probiotic solutions. These innovative products support early disease detection, risk stratification, and microbiome‑based health optimization.
This role focuses on managing and expanding key accounts across private hospitals, medical groups, and specialist clinics in Hong Kong, delivering tailored solutions and building long‑term partnerships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for private hospitals, medical groups, medical centres, health check centres and specialist clinics.
- Achieve assigned sales targets across both microbial‑based test kits and probiotic formula portfolios.
- Promote microbiome‑based solutions to physicians, specialists, and dietitians
- Deliver product presentations, clinical education, and business solution for both diagnostic and probiotic offerings.
- Design customized solutions that integrate risk prediction testing with probiotic interventions where clinically appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities in diagnostics and microbiome therapeutics.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, and service laboratory to ensure seamless execution and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and diagnostics sales.
- Proven success in key account management, ideally within Hong Kong’s private healthcare sector.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to design tailored solutions for diverse medical institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently.
