Responsibilities- Handle installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers and network infrastructure
- Support and manage Internet/Intranet services, websites, user applications, system hardware, and software
- Provide technical assistance across multiple environments and platforms
- Provide 24/7 on‑call support for production incidents
Requirements- Practical experience with switches, routers, Wi‑Fi controllers, IPS/IDS, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN storage, and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN environments
- At least 2 years’ experience in network administration or related roles
- IT‑related degree preferred; non‑degree candidates also welcome
- Good written English skills
