Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff needing technical assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, software, and IT services
  • Provide support for Windows systems, productivity tools, Microsoft 365 apps, and other business applications
  • Handle user account setup, permission changes, and access administration
  • Look after office IT equipment, basic server tasks, and network connectivity
  • Assist with server-related checks, system maintenance, and directory services
  • Record and update support requests through the ticketing system
  • Keep track of hardware and software assets
  • Work with the internal IT team on system upgrades, rollouts, and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT standards and security guidelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in technical or desktop support
  • Good understanding of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, reliable work attitude, and good teamwork spirit
