Our client is looking for IT Support Specialist (30-35K).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including network connectivity problems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, such as routers and switches.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide step-by-step instructions or guidance.
  • Document and track support requests, including the details of problems and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting, and basic network administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional support.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
