Duties

  • Provide daily IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

  • Manage user accounts, system access, and IT asset records.

  • Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

  • At least 1 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk functions.

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
