Job Duties:
- Deliver deskside support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common applications.
- Handle installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software.
- Assist with network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
- Maintain asset records, escalate complex problems, and support IT projects and AV setups.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field.
- At least 2 years in technical or deskside support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
