Job Duties:

  • Deliver deskside support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common applications.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software.
  • Assist with network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Maintain asset records, escalate complex problems, and support IT projects and AV setups.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or related field.
  • At least 2 years in technical or deskside support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
