Job responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users on PC, Mobile Devices, network, system, hardware, software and application systems.
- Server administration, maintenance and daily monitoring
- Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records;
- Assist in exploring and evaluation of new hardware and software;
- Liaise with Vendors on IT procurement
- Participate in IT Projects implementation as assigned
Job Requirements
- Technical Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in supporting PC and Mobile Devices hardware / software, MS Windows 10 or above, MS Windows Server, MS Office, MS Exchange, VMware and other major software packages.
- Hands-on experience in network support, such as Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches.
- Professional certificate of MSCE, MCP, CCNA, ITIL Certifications is a plus.
- Knowledge on Linux/Apache is a plus.
- Strong Sense of information security and cyber security.
- Teamwork and strong sense of responsibility, problem solving.
