Job responsibilities 

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users on PC, Mobile Devices, network, system, hardware, software and application systems. 
  •  Server administration, maintenance and daily monitoring 
  • Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records; 
  • Assist in exploring and evaluation of new hardware and software;  
  • Liaise with Vendors on IT procurement 
  • Participate in IT Projects implementation as assigned 

 

Job Requirements 

  • Technical Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in supporting PC and Mobile Devices hardware / software, MS Windows 10 or above, MS Windows Server, MS Office, MS Exchange, VMware and other major software packages. 
  • Hands-on experience in network support, such as Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches.  
  • Professional certificate of MSCE, MCP, CCNA, ITIL Certifications is a plus. 
  • Knowledge on Linux/Apache is a plus. 
  • Strong Sense of information security and cyber security. 
  • Teamwork and strong sense of responsibility, problem solving.
