Job Duties:
This role is responsible for delivering excellent technical support to internal customers with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, within the organization’s service level targets.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary educations are desirable, Degree in relevant IT studies will be in an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ solid working experience in the IT industry in supporting PC and Mobile Devices hardware/ software to end users
- Certifications in ITIL is a MUST
- Knowledge in MS Windows 10 or above, MS Windows Server, MS Office, MS Exchange, VMware and other major software packages.
- Hands-on experience in network support, such as Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches.
- Knowledge and experience in Incident Management, Problem Solving and Request Fulfilment processes
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer service oriented and good team player
