- Perform daily IT/Technical operation on exam services, provide first line support
- Projects implementation and identify, resolve and escalate issues to customer and internal parties
- Troubleshooting system, storage and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software incidents/problems
- Software and Hardware installation and maintenance for the examinations services support
- Assist with ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT / system administration & support
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
- Basic network cabling knowledge and is an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, hardworking and self-motivated
- Outgoing and talkative personality would be desirable
- Less experience or fresh graduates are also welcome
- Graduates in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- Basic knowledge in network technologies, network switches and routers
- Basic knowledge networking and security troubleshooting
- This role may require working test days which will involve weekend work as part of the contracted hours
