My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the sales team on sales administration.
  • Responsible for sales paperwork and preparing quotation documents.
  • Handle customer enquiries on sales related issues and provide assistance.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, candidates with IT background is preferred.
  • 1-2 years in sales support experience.
  • Experience in issuing and handling quotation is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
