Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and excellence; set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities; promote a positive and inclusive work environment. • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope and goals, identify risks, establish budgets, and allocate resources. • Project Execution: Lead project teams, monitor progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor compliance with regulations and standards. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitate effective communication, provide regular project updates. • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, conduct reviews, and implement best practices. • Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation, optimize efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities. • Stakeholder Management: Build positive relationships, address concerns, seek feedback for improvement. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor project performance, prepare status reports. • Technical Support: Provide end-user hardware support, assist with configurations and upgrades.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Proficiency in project management tools and software;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair;
Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware diagnostics tools.
