Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Respoisbile for business requirement analysis, system design, system testing, training, support, and maintenance.
• Acting as a communication bridge between internal end users and the technical development team, working closely to analyze and influence both sides for seamless system operation.
• Generate documentation and resolving system issues.
• Conducting product testing prior to release, performing software/system configuration.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in system implementation, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and training.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, .NET/Java programming, and AWS/Azure cloud services is a plus.
• Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
