Job Description

  • Work with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and develop effective work plans
  • Track equipment purchase orders to ensure compliance with project and contract needs
  • Act as the key communication bridge between customers and project teams, providing clear status updates
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings; prepare agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions
  • Identify and resolve project‑related issues to maintain smooth execution

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years working experience in project admin or related experience
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • High sense of ownership, adaptability and innovative mindset
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
