Job Description
- Work with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and develop effective work plans
- Track equipment purchase orders to ensure compliance with project and contract needs
- Act as the key communication bridge between customers and project teams, providing clear status updates
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Coordinate and participate in meetings; prepare agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions
- Identify and resolve project‑related issues to maintain smooth execution
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in IT Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in project admin or related experience
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- High sense of ownership, adaptability and innovative mindset
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
