Job Description:

• Perform daily network and security administration, operations and maintenance activities
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Provide system troubleshooting, monitoring and performance tuning
• Provide technical support in different technology domains which includes, but not limited to,
  
  1. Server virtualization, server OS, database, Storage Area Network, system monitoring, as well as backup and data protection etc.
  2. Wired and Wireless Data Network, Network Firewall, Web Application Firewall, Forward and Reverse Proxy, Network Load Balancer, SSL/VPN Gateway etc.
  3. End-User Computing, Active Directory, File & Print, Email Services, Collaboration Tools and Mobility Management etc.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2 years’ relevant large-scale IT infrastructure support or implementation experiences is prefect
• Experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
• Solid knowledge and experiences in implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting of Linux/Windows and VMware vSphere;
• Professional qualification on Cisco CCNA, Check Point CCSA, ITIL and PMP will be an advantage
• Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
• Location: Hong Kong/ Kowloon

• Network Security (Solid knowledge and experiences will be an advantage) :
  - Cisco, networking products

- Check Point and firewall products

- F5 BIG-IP

• System Infrastructure (Solid knowledge and experiences will be an advantage) :

- VMware , Hyper-V

- Microsoft Windows server 2012/2016

- Microsoft SQL server 2012/2016

- RedHat LINUX,
