We are a leading technology solutions provider dedicated to delivering robust infrastructure management and cloud services to enterprise clients. We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer (Post-Sales Support) to join our technical delivery team. This role focusing on ensuring operational excellence, seamless vendor coordination, and high customer satisfaction following project deployment.
Role PurposeAs an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the key technical point of contact for clients post-implementation. You will handle incident management, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure client environments run optimally within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Sales Technical Support: Deliver end-to-end implementation, deployment, and technical support for enterprise infrastructure solutions, including physical/virtual servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
Incident & Problem Management: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system bottlenecks and technical failures; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
SLA & Escalation Management: Manage the post-sales ticketing lifecycle, ensuring all client inquiries and high-priority escalations are handled efficiently in compliance with SLA commitments.
System Maintenance: Conduct routine health checks, system audits, patch management, and preventive maintenance to guarantee infrastructure stability and minimize downtime.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, maintain up-to-date system topology diagrams, and contribute to the internal knowledge base for continuous service improvement.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of solid experience in post-sales technical support, system administration, or infrastructure engineering, preferably within an enterprise environment or IT vendor/SI context.
Technical Core: Hands-on experience in managing and configuring:
OS: Windows Server / Linux environments
Virtualization: VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V
Infrastructure: Enterprise Storage Systems and Networking fundamentals (Switching, Routing, Firewalls)
Data Protection: Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent client-facing communication skills to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
Preferred Certifications: Professional certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), CCNA, or ITIL Foundation will be highly advantageous.
