We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our client's IT team.

• Assist in full software development life cycle, includes user requirement gathering, requirement analysis, project documentation, status tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
• Convert business needs into comprehensive functional specifications or process flow charts, and collaborate with IT on technical solutions.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings to assess progress, address issues, and make critical decisions.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and concerns to stakeholders.
• Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, including Business, IT, and Production departments, to ensure effective change management and project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in System Analysis / Project Management in Software development sector.
• Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience with ERP, MES, BI tools or AI solutions is an advantage.
