Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales initiatives to support branch teams in achieving their investment business objectives.
• Work Closely with relationship manager to serve as the primary contact point for all branches, addressing investment-related inquiries pertaining to mutual funds, structured products, and bonds.
• Collaborate with relationship managers on client visits to review investment portfolios and present tailored investment recommendations.
• Provide backup support for business events such as seminars and promotional campaigns to help meet investment sales targets.
• Continuously update branch teams on product knowledge related to mutual funds and various investment offerings.
• Deliver training and mentoring to frontline staff members.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and develop investment strategies for high-net-worth clients; capable of providing customized investment planning advice and formulating investment proposals for sophisticated clients.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to address matters related to compliance, marketing, operations, and systems.
• Represent the bank in collaborating with external business partners, including fund management companies.

Requirements

• University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in investment products; hands-on experience with mutual funds, foreign exchange (FX), and structured products is mandatory.
• Possession of HKSI qualifications or equivalent certifications.
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualifications are highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, FX, and a wide range of investment products.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
