• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: At least 4 years in a large-scale interior design firm.
• Retail Design Experience: Practical experience in retail interior design.
• Passion for Design: A strong desire to be creative and work with great designers.
• Design Skills: Experience in space planning, conceptual design, sketching, and drawing production.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
