Responsibilities
- Sell global futures execution and clearing services to institutional clients and prospects across the Asia region to generate revenue.
- Develop deep relationships with institutional customers to understand their needs and design tailored solutions (e.g., execution, clearing, financing and collateral solutions).
- Serve as subject-matter expert for assigned new products and projects: coordinate with internal teams, communicate offerings to clients, and train/share knowledge with the sales team.
- Drive business development, introductions and cross‑selling of the group’s other services (Securities, Banking, Asset Management) to appropriate institutional clients.
- Work with the Head of Futures to identify target markets and execute strategic plans to expand institutional sales across Asia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in sales, institutional client relationship management, or business development within securities/futures brokerage firms, sell‑side banks, or investment banks.
- Familiarity with the futures brokerage ecosystem in Greater China and Singapore.
- Experience selling equities brokerage solutions to institutional clients is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia region.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, SFC licenses, or equivalent) are a plus.
