Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure that HRSS tasks are completed to a high standard and within the agreed-upon timeframes (SLAs).
- Reporting any potential operational or customer issues to your supervisor.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives to make operations more efficient and beneficial for internal customers.
- Assisting your supervisor in evaluating existing business processes, rules, metrics, and standard operating procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Assisting the manager in collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and developing solutions to streamline processes and enhance value.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
- Being independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and strive for continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
