Responsibilities: 

  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure that HRSS tasks are completed to a high standard and within the agreed-upon timeframes (SLAs).
  • Reporting any potential operational or customer issues to your supervisor.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives to make operations more efficient and beneficial for internal customers.
  • Assisting your supervisor in evaluating existing business processes, rules, metrics, and standard operating procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assisting the manager in collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and developing solutions to streamline processes and enhance value.

Requirements: 

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Being independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
