Human Resources Manager (Retail, Native in Mandarin, Up to 60K)

Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for frontline and store management roles
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases
- Oversee performance review processes and support store leaders in talent development
- Drive retail training programs: onboarding, product knowledge, sales & service
- Administer compensation, attendance, leave, and commission schemes
- Ensure HR policies comply with Hong Kong labour laws
- Support HR reporting, manpower planning, and process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in retail; strong retail background is a must
- Solid understanding of store operations, manpower needs, and retail KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
- Native Mandarin speaker, with good Cantonese and English preferred
