Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for frontline and store management roles
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases
  • Oversee performance review processes and support store leaders in talent development
  • Drive retail training programs: onboarding, product knowledge, sales & service
  • Administer compensation, attendance, leave, and commission schemes
  • Ensure HR policies comply with Hong Kong labour laws
  • Support HR reporting, manpower planning, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in retail; strong retail background is a must
  • Solid understanding of store operations, manpower needs, and retail KPIs
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
  • Native Mandarin speaker, with good Cantonese and English preferred
