My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Human Resources Manager (C&B focus, project management).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and business analysis. Initiate and supervise C&B projects to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and manage annual budget. 
  • Based on performance appraisal and reward scheme, conduct salary and benefit review of staff.
  • Support HRIS transformation, implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Plan resources and make sure they are in place when needed.
  • Prepare analytical reports and present to management.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years HR experience, preferably in C&B or HRIS sectors.
  • Strong business sense and attentive to details.
  • Good at data management and highly analytical.
  • Strong at communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
