We are seeking a high caliber Investment Operations Manager for our HSBC team.

• Title for the role: Investment Operations Manager
• Max Salary: HK$55K per month
• Contract duration – 12 months

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily margining and collateral operations across Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) and OTC derivatives, ensuring accurate exposure coverage, timely settlement of margin/collateral movements, and strong control of the end-to-end derivatives lifecycle in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Liaison with Fund Administrator to ensure derivative trades are accounted into the NAV production
• Manage end-to-end settlement processing across relevant products (e.g., securities, FX/MM, derivatives as applicable), ensuring trades settle on time and in line with agreed market cut-offs.
• Perform daily cash management activities including cash positioning, funding requirements, and monitoring of nostro/cash accounts to support settlement obligations.
