Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Legal Department of the Bank.
  • Manage travel, meeting, calendar, and itinerary arrangements.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties according to the operational needs from the Legal Department or the COO Team.
  • Assist in event management and project management when required.
  • Manage document processes including editing and formatting.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned / requested.
  • Support multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks.
  • Work with the COO Team to provide high quality of secretarial support and provide potential enhancement suggestion to current workflow.
  • Candidate with good and satisfactory performance would be considered to change into a permanent role upon the completion of 1-year contract.

Requirements

  • Strong and effective communications and inter-personal skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Experience in the Banking industry is preferred but not essential.
  • No legal background is required; it is a bonus if you have any.
  • Experience with event management and project management is highly preferred.
  • A good team player and willing to collaborate and provide support to other team members.
  • Detail-minded, fast-paced, and good time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with collateral thinking to be flexible.
  • Positive attitude and willing to move things forward.
  • Good computer skills, well versed in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
